About the author

Viveca Sten is one of Sweden’s most popular crime writers. She made her debut in 2008 with her crime fiction novel Still Waters and since then she has published a further ten books in her Sandhamn Murders series. She has also co-authored a number of non-fiction titles, a cookbook, and a trilogy of thrillers for children together with her daughter Camilla Sten.

Literature can be a powerful force for good. As a response to the climate crisis, the Gothenburg Book Fair has asked renowned authors from around the world to write protest signs that are available for anyone to use. So that you can tackle the greatest challenge of our time, with words from the greatest writers of our time.

All signs are free to download and use in protests. But please consider donating to our partner the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.
